Why do I have to fill out a contract and make payment before my session? Payment and a completed contract are required one week before your session date – the biggest reason being that it makes sure we both show up at the session. I’ve had potential clients schedule a session but not respond to the email I send out with the contract & payment information (and without a contract I don’t have contact info aside from maybe an email address). And without a contract and payment I don’t know if they changed their minds or something. So, I am a stickler about receiving your contract and payment prior to your session.
How long will it take for me to see my gallery? It typically takes me 7-14 days to process your images and post them to your private online proofing gallery. If you need yours faster than that – just let me know.
How long will it take for me to get my prints after I place my order? I try to fulfill all orders in less than two weeks. Again, if you need yours faster than that – just let me know!
Do you have a studio? I am able to set up a small studio in my home. I am excited to able to keep shooting all winter now!!
Do you travel? Yes, I am able to travel. Travel to locations within 20 miles of Dexter (zip code 48130) is included in your session fee. Travel to locations outside of that radius is subject to a 55-cents/mile travel fee.
Will you take our pictures at our house? Yes, I can take your pictures at your home – the best spot is wherever your kids are comfortable J
