The title should imply friends I’ve known for a long time, not friends who are old (since calling them old would be calling myself old…). I’ve known K & S since high school (where they started dating our junior year) and I am so happy that we’ve kept in touch through the years. I was [...] [...] I am sooooooo far behind blogging about all the sessions I had this fall. And I am bad in that I don’t blog every session I do just because life gets in the way. But I had to blog about this one. I was contacted to do a large family session. They were the very last [...] [...] I held two fall mini-sessions dates this year and got SUPER lucky with the weather each time! I am so lucky to have such fun and beautiful families to photograph – thank you all!! [...] I have had the honor of photographing this sweet family three times – first their wedding, then their maternity pictures, and lastly their son’s newborn pictures. Aren’t they the cutest? Especially that little one. SO ADORABLE. Congrats again, C & A! [...] This beautiful family was in town for the historic Michigan-ND football game – the first night game at Michigan stadium. M used to play softball at Michigan, and B played football. That cute kid of theirs has some athletic (and good looking) genes, eh? This was another “tour of Ann Arbor” session downtown – we [...] [...] I am trying to get caught up with my blogging here! I’ve done way more sessions than I’ve shown and I need to get them up here for you all to see. This family’s session took place back during the hot days of early August. They were all troopers as they ran and played while I [...] [...] It is always fun when families bring their dogs to their family photo sessions…especially when it’s a bulldog named Tiny. We headed to the local metropark and took advantage of a perfect summer morning to get these beautiful portraits. These girls were so awesome and smiley and took direction so well – it was so [...] [...] On a muggy mosquito-y summer morning, we headed to my favorite barn for a family session with these two cute kids and their parents. D was a little grumpy (and the bugs didn’t help!) but I still love this mini-stink face he’s giving me here. His big sister was so fun and loved being in [...] [...] Our dear neighbors asked me if I would be able to take family pictures up north at her parent’s lake house – it worked out that we were going to be near there over the July 4th holiday so we made a day out of it and enjoyed their lake and company…after we took care [...] [...] |
